PRIME ERA: A Masterclass on the Perfect Corporate Event by YAR Hotel & Spa
On October 7, we hosted an exclusive evening for 79 of the region’s leading HR professionals—people who organize celebrations professionally themselves. Rather than simply talking about what we can do, we decided to show it in action.

Our 425-square-metre hall is a true stage, with panoramic windows overlooking an oak forest. Nature changes the scenery outside; what happens inside is our work. Every line of the table setting is carefully considered.
Gastronomy with character
At PRIME ERA, dinner became a four-act theatrical performance:
- roast beef with wood ear mushrooms and confit onion;
- Peking duck salad with plum sauce;
- cauliflower with wok-fried shrimp and Parmesan truffle cream;
- delicate pear mille-feuille.
The chef also served special treats: signature lemonade, bruschetta, canapés and even snails. Our kitchen is flexible and limitless—we adapt the menu to any format, from timeless classics to a full gastronomic performance.

We believe the best service is the kind you barely notice because everything is flawless. We select textiles and décor to match the mood of each event, easily transform all 425 square metres for a banquet, reception or lounge, and can even arrange transfers for your guests.

At PRIME ERA, guests enjoyed WOW Theatre, live vocals, a cover band, a DJ, interactive activities including “HR Horror Stories”, photo zones and a hall brought to life with projection mapping.
We can bring all of this together as a turnkey event—from the initial idea and script to the final note. We have our own resources, equipment and team, and for larger projects we bring in trusted partners to make the event even richer and more spectacular.
